Start here: Welcome to K2C RAZOR

There is always more happening beneath the surface than what makes it onto the page.

A decision made in a council meeting can shape a neighbourhood for years. A significant development may be taking form long before the wider public hears about it. A complicated policy change may affect local residents, businesses and landowners without ever being explained in language that makes sense.

And sometimes, an opportunity is simply worth knowing about before everyone else does.

K2C RAZOR was created to bring you closer to that layer of the Lowveld.

Why RAZOR?

For 25 years, Kruger2Canyon News has told the stories of this remarkable part of the world.

Over that time, we have learned that the headline is often only the beginning. Behind it are the decisions, relationships, risks and opportunities that reveal what is really happening—and what they could mean for the people who live, work, invest and spend time here.

RAZOR gives us the space to go further.

It is not simply a digital version of the newspaper, nor is it more content for the sake of having more to read. It is a sharper, closer layer of our journalism, created for readers who value context, clarity and information worth knowing.

What you can expect

RAZOR will bring you original reporting, informed analysis, early local intelligence and carefully selected opportunities from across the region.

That may include:

  • Local issues examined beyond the headline.
  • Complex decisions explained without jargon or spin.
  • Property, development or market intelligence worth knowing early.
  • Stories that require more time, context or scrutiny.
  • Unusual experiences, invitations and opportunities that are not widely available.
  • The full monthly edition of Kruger2Canyon News, delivered directly to members.

The sections within RAZOR will develop as the publication grows. What will not change is the standard: everything must earn its place.

Published when it is worth your time

RAZOR will not fill your inbox simply to maintain a publishing schedule.

You can expect to hear from us roughly once a week—sometimes more and sometimes less, depending on what is happening. Whenever something new appears on RAZOR, it should be useful, revealing or genuinely interesting.

No filler. No noise. Just information worth knowing.

You are part of the intelligence network

Some of the most important local stories begin with a question, an observation or a quiet piece of information shared by someone who knows the area well.

If there is something you believe we should investigate, explain or pay closer attention to, we would like to hear from you. Send us a tip, question or observation through our contact page.

We may not be able to pursue every lead, but we will always be listening.

Thank you for joining us at the beginning of this new chapter. We hope RAZOR helps you see the Lowveld more clearly—and understand more of what is happening beneath the surface.

Welcome to K2C RAZOR.
